Our move to Florida
The Bekins team arrived at our house in Illinois on time on 8/14 and was very thorough, understanding what was needed to be moved. Jesus, led the team and did an excellent job of inventory and the rest of the team wrapped our belongings very well. We were told the amount of stuff we had would take about 5 hours and the team completed in 3.5 hours.. This helped us get out of the house and on the road to Florida. On the receiving end in Florida, we were provided a window of 8/26 - 8/31 and Bonnie the driver called us on 8/25 indicating her and a team of unloaders would be here 8/26 in the am. This worked well for us as with our belongings delivered, we were able to move in on the 26th. The crew on the unloading side were very professional and with us directing got all our belongings in the right rooms. Also, all inventory packed in Illinois made it and was cross checked. Nothing missing! We only had one particle board shelf kick plate damaged and overall was very pleased with the unloading they did. They completed before noon and we were in our new house.
