Great move
Overall the move was great. It started with Brian and Aren in the front office. They were very communicative and helpful. They answered all the questions we had. One of the services they offered was our ability to get various sized boxes immediately after signing the contract. This was extremely helpful as it gave us more time to get thru the packing process. The team at the warehouse where we picked up the boxes was friendly and helpful as well. On moving day, Lorenzo Baeza and his crew were right on time. They immediately got to work. They were very careful about wrapping all of our belongings. They provided the necessary garment boxes so we could hang all of our closeted clothes. After that they brought all of our stuff to the new location. Once again, they got straight to work. They were especially helpful by asking us what we wanted and where. If we didn't like a particular piece in a certain area, they were more than willing to move it elsewhere. As usual, there were a few "tight fits" getting up and around stairs, but they made it happen. All in all, we were thoroughly pleased.
