Moving is stressful enough, but when you have people like Lori setting things up and talking you through any pre jitter moving nerves, you are move relaxed when the day comes. The day of our move Matt, Mondo, and David made a point of introducing themselves to us. They always seemed happy and wanted to make sure we were okay with everything. Matt would check in with us throughout the day to make sure things were as we expected. They even were happy to move a piece of furniture I directed to a wrong place From the beginning to the actual end of the move (and beyond) the all were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Boyer-Rosene if you want people who care.

We moved this past September, and everything went great. Brian (the relocation specialist who helped us with scheduling our move and estimating the cost/time involved) was extremely helpful as well as patient when our move date was repeatedly pushed back due to situations beyond our control. He helped us make a plan that would work well for us. We moved out of our old house and into the new one all in one day and the team we had was excellent. They were friendly, hard-working and were just a lot of fun to spend the day with. We had a storage pod dropped off that morning and they volunteered to unload that too (we were originally going to do it on our own) and took care of that for us which was awesome. When Brian estimated the number of hours our move would take, he let us know that if the team finished early we would be credited for any leftover time..and honestly I forgot all about it (relieved to just be done with the move) and then a couple days later saw that our credit card had been credited for an hour or so of labor that had been unused since they finished early. They were professional, quick and I would definitely recommend them!

Matt, John Mondo and David did an exceptional job with my move. While the move is indicated as commercial office and industrial, this was a residential move from one high rise building to another in downtown Chicago but the system does not have this as an option. The BR team were on time, very efficient and completed the job 2 hours ahead of projected time frame. This was my second move in the city with Boyer-rosene within six months both times in high rise buildings. I highly recommend BR to anyone contemplating a move.
