It's obvious that you don't post legitimate negative reviews which isn't surprising. It's been 4 weeks and my Big Green Egg still hasn't been uncrated even after someone called only as a result of my last review. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to include the practice of charging us an additional $600 to change the drop off date less than 24 hours later. The explanation given made absolutely no sense.
