This is overdue! Matt and John were in charge of my move back in August '18 from my house to storage unit. They were very professional, friendly and speedy. The customer service was excellent, the crew friendly, careful, and expeditious, the driver Gilbert C. was a pleasure to work with, and it was an all around great experience. Driver Sam Spears and crew were phenomenal during my move out of Chicago. This is an emotional transition time for me, and I wasn't necessarily handling the stress well up to moving day! They arrived at 8 am on the dot, and carried my belongings down three flights of stairs quickly and deftly. They were professional, kind, and diligent. I have literally nothing bad to say about my experience.

From the Sales Manager Jim, to Claudette in the office, to Jason the driver and the two crews who worked long, hard hours, everyone coordnated a smooth move. We had two destinations--an apartment and two storage units. The crews kept the boxes and furniture perfectly separated--no small task.
