They Treated My Belongings Like It Was Their Own
Choosing Boyer-Rosene was a very good decision. They provided a very pleasant and professional atmosphere from my sales representative (Jim M) to my moving crew leader (Kevin M). Kevin and his team padded and packed my belongings like it was their own! I will be recommending this company to my friends and family for future moves.
Over 9 Hour Move Went Extremely Well
The men arrived just before 8:00am. Matt D. was the driver; he was a good leader of the other 3 men in the crew. All of the men kept working hard together as a team, using good communication and keeping in good spirits during the 9 1/2 hour move. They took some breaks,and lunch but informed us first. At the first location, there was a mirror and lamp broken on accident. The men let us know immediately about this situation and told us to write it up in the report at the end. Our old and new hardwood floors were protected with blankets and cardboard, at no extra charge. Very satisfied with the whole moving experience. I would use this company again and also refer BR Moving to others needing this service.

John and Rick were very professional in the handling of my move. They were punctual and, even though there was more to move than they expected, they said it would be no problem. They included me in every decision that needed to be made and listened to my input. Everything was stacked nicely and several times they asked if I needed certain boxes in front for easy access. They even moved a piece of furniture at my new residence that we didn’t want. Everything arrived safely and in one piece. I've moved several times but this was the best moving company I have worked with. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone seeking movers.

He never tried to rush me. I've used Bekins many times before and have always had great experiences. If if things don't go exactly as planned , they do everything they can to make it right. That speaks volumes about the integrity of this company.
Flawless Move From Chicago to Iowa
Jim Mazucca was an excellent salesperson. Both pickup and drop off crews were excellent at there jobs. All really cared about there duties and our "stuff." The move to Iowa was flawless. Other things went wrong, but Bekins was a shining light of professionalize and good business. We will use, and recommend Bekins in the future.

Interstate Move - Chicago to Bay Area in California
We recently moved from the western suburbs to the Bay Area in California. Our move coordinator was Jim Mazzuca, The move went better than we could have imagined. Jim was very responsive and helpful, and the crews at both ends were efficient and courteous. The packers did an excellent job, and we had nothing break during the cross country move. While moving some large furniture up to our second floor, the crew did ding a few spots on the wall, and they immediately brought that to our attention. Very professional. We highly recommend Boyer-Rosene.
