I highly recommend Boyer-Rosene. I moved locally and placed my furniture in storage for two months. Jim the sales rep explained multiple options to me along with quotes for each. When I had questions, he responded promptly to my emails. Jim said someone from the office would contact me before the move date to work out the details. About a week before, I hadn't heard and contacted Jim again. He put me in touch with Kathy who said she would contact me the day before. For my peace of mind, I would have appreciated them confirming with me within one to two weeks before just to make sure everything was in order. On both the move in and out days three movers arrived right on time and each introduced himself. For both days Matt was the lead mover. He was great. As each room was finished he asked me to check to make sure everything looked good. The team was efficient, careful and courteous. I would definitely use them again and encourage anyone who is planning a move to consider them as a great option.

The entire process of moving was easy and painless. This was the first time we used their service. The movers handled our furniture with care. The movers came to our house ten minutes early, in good spirits, and asked us which items were going to be moved. The movers were professional, well mannered, and courteous. We really appreciated the quality and care that each mover took with our belongings. I would recommend their service to others.

For the most part everything went exactly as designed. Jim was our sales rep that came out and he was very up front and knew his stuff. He got us an estimate and explained why it was higher. And what the differences we could expect from the other movers. The guys that came out to move our stuff, took their time, and really made sure our stuff was going to get from Chicago to California in one piece. I was completely satisfied with the move process. To top things off was the amount of professional assistance I received from the office staff, both when picking up boxes and over the phone scheduling all of the last minute details. Both Lori and Mandy were super stars that went out of their way to make sure we had a successful move. The only thing I might warn you about is the delivery date windows. We had an issue where we were closing on the 25th @ Noon. But they wanted to unload the truck on the 25th at 8am. Please make sure you discuss the actual delivery dates/times with your sales guy to prevent any last minute craziness.

Russ Maracle and Mandy Maracle-Clemente did a great job setting everything up and in Mandy's case, talking me off the ledge with the stress of everything. Lou Zenon and his partner were very quick. I was behind and not quite ready and they helped finish the packing quickly and efficiently. Thanks again guys!!

Matt and Ricky were great! I have a couple of pieces of antique furniture and they handled them with extreme care. There was also an error in my initial quote and Matt handled it with professionalism. Bekins has handled two of my cross country moves and Boyer-Rosene is a perfect representative for the brand.

I moved Monday, August 29th. The crew (John, Herchel, and Ray) arrived early. They were professional, efficient, and pleasant. This is the second time I have used BR Moving.
