Arin and George made sure everything went efficiently and smoothly as I was pulling items from storage--great people to work with!--and Matt and John did their usual 5-star delivery service: considerate, hard working, and always upbeat and courteous. pros: showed up to get my stuff exactly when they said they would, they provided a move coordinator to answer any and all questions during the move, they supplied all the tape and boxes that were required, they provided info for us to competently pack the great majority of our items, they professionally packed 5 glass shelves that we didn't feel comfortable packing at a reasonable cost, with the exception of my bike my items showed up in perfect condition, they were competitively priced, the salesman (Dean) offered me more moving tips than the others that provided me a quote, there wasn't even a discussion about additional charges when my actual weight exceeded the estimate be 500 plus pounds - they stuck to the estimate, their drivers were both friendly and professional. I've used these guys twice - once moving 2 miles and the other time moving 2100 miles and I would undoubtedly hire them again. Cons: they give themselves an eleven day window after driving time for final delivery and they delivered my stuff a day after that window, my bike was damaged (I haven't taken it in yet for repairs so I don't know the extent of damage but it doesn't look severe). While the move wasn't perfect, it was pretty damn good.

I have been a loyal Bekins/Boyer-Rosene customer for quite some time now, and one of the (many) reasons is the moving crews. They are all fantastic. I recently got my stuff out of storage and the 2 guys who helped me, Mario Sanchez & Herschel Allen were both terrific. They showed up on time, were polite, very careful with my belongings and worked quickly & efficiently. I will continue to use Bekins/Boyer-Rosene for all my moving and storage needs.

We moved on Monday, Oct. 10. Move went very smoothly. Crew, Matt, John, Carlos and Mario did an amazing job. Arrived on time, were courteous, and VERY hard working. Respected all of our items as if they were their own. Never stopped moving. Unloading went as well. Fast, courteous, successful move. Couldn't ask for more.

We called Jim a couple months ago preparing to move dad from his house to condo. Jim was always responsive, polite and helpful. We finally set a date and our movers Matt (driver), Carlos, and Ricky arrived on time and made the move so easy. I will use them for my next move and highly recommend. The crew was excellent, Oscar was the leader & his entire crew "sung" his praises & experience, especially in his skills in loading the truck efficiently & safely protecting the customer's belongings. We moved on Saturday 9/24. Matt, John, Herchel and Carlos were terrific. They were very respectful to the furniture (which was large and heavy). Further, their experience was tested as they expertly guided several pieces down a difficult staircase without so much as a smudge on the wall. They were each courteous, efficient and professional. I would happily recommend them.
