My mother’s move on 1/28/19 went seamlessly. Communication was stellar. Our agent, Donna's preparation was terrific. Arin kept us informed on timing before the move and the day of the move. The moving team was spectacular. Thank you to John, Matt and Manny. Despite a snow storm, the team arrived within the scheduled window and arrived at the final destination in great time. Our move went very smoothly. Starting with Dean, who came out and gave us a solid quote and good instructions. The loading crew, led by Rene, was very efficient and cheerful, given that they were working on the day after Christmas. The delivery crew, led by Paul the driver, got things off the truck in no time flat. The men who packed and moved our boxes and furniture did amazing work -- not only did they work hard, but they were all very pleasant and polite.
