Had a great experience with Bekins! From setting up the move to the actual day of. I definitely recommend them! As a single female I was a little nervous about my move, if I packed things correct, etc. The moving crew was SO nice and made sure everything was taken care of. We had an amazing experience with this moving company. Dean Quarino is a very personable, friendly, non-pushy salesman, and quoted our local move accurately. He was patient and understanding when our move was delayed due to the closing date on our home. We received our call from the scheduler who walked us through exactly what to expect the next day with our movers. The moving team - Matt, John, and Herschel were courteous, respectful of our belongings, and personable. These guys are professionals - not just some kids from down the street. Easy and fun to work with. We were very impressed with the professionalism and speed of the work crew, including the 3rd party team that moved our Sleep Number bed. Anyone moving with Boyer-Rosene would be pleased with their services. Highly recommend!
First Interstate Move - Excellent Service!
From the time Dean Quarino came to do our quote and back a few times for revisions as things changed we knew we selected a good company. This is our 1st interstate move, and first where we didn’t do it with family. Excellent service from Dean, Kathy and the moving team of Matt, Joe, John, and Ricky; they were very courteous and were great to work with. We would recommend them to others and would use them again. The whole team – sales agent, scheduler, packers and the moving team could not have made us feel more comfortable in a very stressful situation. We would absolutely recommend.
Moving 45 Years of Household Goods from IL to Califonia
i had to move from IL. to CA due to job transfer. This was my 1st interstate move in last 45 years. I was scared , at the thought of paying for moving 45 years of household goods. When i read reviews and talked to friends about moving expenses , I was horrified at the idea of dealing with movers about fair price. I contacted four big moving companies , to give me an estimate for moving 4 br house furniture & all other goods. They estimated ,weight fro 7,500 lbs. to 12,500 lbs and price of $7,800. to $14,500 and were willing to negotiate estimated quote with no guaranty of final charges except Jim Mazzuca from Bekins. He was professional, courteous , friendly and to the point. He returned my phone calls and answered my concerns/ questions. He was flexible regarding move schedule , giving credit for customer packed items, make adjustments for any other credit due me. He scheduled packing, loading, unloading at his local warehouse reloading and delivery to Ca after a few months. He is backed by excellent , courteous , efficient staff. To my amazement, I got credit for actual weight shipped less than estimated weight . I think, Jim is honest human being . i will recommend him to my family & friends for moving goods .
