I cannot say enough good things about the crew that helped us with our move last week - it was hot, there were 22,000 pounds of goods and the crew had us loaded and unloaded in one day with nothing but smiles and hustle. Lorenzo and his crew were simply fantastic - A+, highly recommended!!

This is the 4th time we have moved with Boyer Rosene. The costs and options were carefully explained. On move day they arrived on time, were very professional, and made sure our requests were complied with. Each move has gone smoothly and we have been very satisfied and would have no hesitation using them again.

I found myself in need of a mover at the last minute. I called and talked to Anna and was give great service, with very great air of professionalism. My furniture needed to be stored for three days and I was assured that all would be well. Kathy, dispatcher, called when promised and both the move out and move in was completed as requested. Movers were professional and friendly and finished the job on time. I will tell anyone who is in need of a mover to contact Bekins.

Kevin and his team were fantastic. They were able to get the truck down a crazy narrow street in Chicago, then they moved me out of my place while it was pouring. I needed to have them keep my things on the truck for a few days while I had my new place painted. They arrived 8am sharp on Sunday loaded me in (also giving me tips of where they thought my furniture would look best in my new space). Would absolutely recommend.

I am writing this note to tell you how much I appreciate the outstanding service and effort provided by your representative, Ms. Claudette Povah at your operation in Arlington Heights, Il. I have in the past and am now, again, using Bekins as my moving company of choice. Although I have moved several times, I find that the process can be complicated. As regards my current move, a number of questions arose which were of concern. I needed information to address these concerns. Yesterday, I went to your Arlington Heights office to meet with one of your representative to resolve my concerns. I did not have any appointment. As luck would have it, Ms Povah was there. Without regard my lack of appointment, Ms. Povah met with me and was able to provide me with the information I needed. Why bother with this review? Had Ms. Povah merely done her job, perhaps not. But this is not the case. From the moment we met until we ended, Claudette had a positive and friendly attitude, an attitude, if you will, that expressed the idea that she was interested in me as a customer and wanted to be helpful. She was. Also, I was not only impressed with her knowledge of your business policies but the very skilled way she was able to explain those policies in a clear, concise and understandable way. We recently moved from Roselle to Elgin and it was a very pleasant experience. Lorenzo Baeza and his crew did a fantastic job with both the loading and the unloading of our furniture. They handled it as if it was their own and completed the move in substantially less time than was estimated. Thanks to them and all the others involved, the move turned out to be a very stress free day. GREAT JOB!!!
