I am writing this note to tell you how much I appreciate the outstanding service and effort provided by your representative, Ms. Claudette Povah at your operation in Arlington Heights, Il. I have in the past and am now, again, using Bekins as my moving company of choice. Although I have moved several times, I find that the process can be complicated. As regards my current move, a number of questions arose which were of concern. I needed information to address these concerns. Yesterday, I went to your Arlington Heights office to meet with one of your representative to resolve my concerns. I did not have any appointment. As luck would have it, Ms Povah was there. Without regard my lack of appointment, Ms. Povah met with me and was able to provide me with the information I needed. Why bother with this review? Had Ms. Povah merely done her job, perhaps not. But this is not the case. From the moment we met until we ended, Claudette had a positive and friendly attitude, an attitude, if you will, that expressed the idea that she was interested in me as a customer and wanted to be helpful. She was. Also, I was not only impressed with her knowledge of your business policies but the very skilled way she was able to explain those policies in a clear, concise and understandable way. We recently moved from Roselle to Elgin and it was a very pleasant experience. Lorenzo Baeza and his crew did a fantastic job with both the loading and the unloading of our furniture. They handled it as if it was their own and completed the move in substantially less time than was estimated. Thanks to them and all the others involved, the move turned out to be a very stress free day. GREAT JOB!!!

Just got done and I have to say this is the second time I have used them and again they took great care of us. Constant communications, crew was amazing, fast, friendly, courteous, and professional. Kevin and his crew were awesome. Moved from Chicago to Rockford and they took great care in everything and Kathy keep me in the loop the whole time and worked with us as we had moving date and time issues with the condo we left. I would use them again and plan on it for all my needs. Wrapped everything even let us use some boxes at no cost and nothing was damaged. I would recommend them in a minute. Great Job again!!

I cannot say enough good things about Boyer Rosene. They were recommended to me by several friends and I was not disappointed. I have moved several times, but have never utilized movers before so I was very nervous and didn't quite know what to expect. Jim came to the house and looked at everything to give us an accurate estimate for boxes (which they give for free!) and to know how many containers would be needed. He was extremely good at explaining what would happen. The three men who showed up were cheerful, efficient and funny (plus they were handsome, this lady was not complaining!) They packed up everything really quickly and were able to take apart some tricky furniture with no issues. They were careful with my items so nothing was lost or broken & they inventoried it carefully so nothing would be lost. My 18 month old son was running around and they were VERY sweet to him, even when he got in their way a little bit :) I was thrilled when they even cleared out our storage unit so everything could be stored together, as they were storing our items while we renovate our new house. I would recommend them to everyone I know. You will NOT regret using Boyer Rosene!

My experience from the first meeting with Him was imoressive. He worked with me an my families situation. The guys that moved us were great. Made me feel secure that they had everything taken care of. Michael, Bob, Danny and Al were wonderful. Very helpful and friendly!
