We had a complex 2-part cross country move. The actual pick-ups and delivery went fairly smooth. The estimated cost was accurate. Overall, the main furniture moving was the easy part. I hope I never have to move again. Mario's S and Manny were great.

From start to finish, absolutely outstanding. Brian Lewkowsky - he started the process by accessing the web site of our home listing and providing a very accurate and reasonable estimate - and stayed engaged and helpful throughout the move. We moved on a Saturday that saw the heaviest rain in the area in over 50 years. The moving crew was flawless and good-natured - nothing got wet or damaged - they were really the best! The crew worked almost without a break - and no one ever got upset - amazing! The Crew Chief on the move was was Lorenzo Baeza - exceedingly hard working and a great leader - an amazing asset to Boyer-Rosen Movers. Also, not to forget the office staff, who were first-rate as well.

Boyer-Rosene Moving and Storage, Arlington Heights IL. provided materials both electronic and printed to help anyone get through a cross country move from what to do when and what to expect. They were there for all my questions from the beginning to the end. Donna in Sales, who returned calls after hours and came in on a Saturday to get me boxes and tape to help reduce our cost and load the items we would take, Ceaser load crew leader, pickup driver Oscar, Lorenzo delivery driver, Ron at delivery and several others involved from front to back and I don't remember their names were absolutely the most professional people I've met! Claudette called me several times to see how things were going and took care of questions or needs right away! They were where they said they would be and right on time throughout. I cannot say enough about this company, their staff and service! Very competitively priced within the quotes I received (4). The most impressive part of our move was that there were less than three weeks from my request for quote to delivery to another State and all on our timeline.

Jim Mazzuca (sales mgr), Mandy Clemente (customer service coordinator) and Ron M (truck driver) all did a great job as well as the guys who loaded and unloaded the truck. Very smooth operation, our furnishings were well packed and protected. Would recommend Boyer-Rosene to anyone! Job well done!
