Mike and Anthony did a wonderful job getting everything ready to go, loading the truck and ensuring our items were well-cared for. Mike and the office team were in communication regarding the arrival date/time. Mike is a very conscientious, responsible and hard-working individual. We would be very happy to have him on any of our future moves.
Professionalism at its best
Ben Callard & Pedro Rodriguez and their team oversaw our office move from space we had been in for over 40 years to our new totally renovated space, and did an outstanding job with the logistics while taking great care with our items, were very accommodating to our needs, worked around our schedule and were absolutely pleasant and professional at all times. We also used them for some other move related projects, and again, all went well without a hitch. We would highly recommend them and rate them top notch in their customer service approach!
TheMove to Wisconsin
I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received on my moving day. The drivers name was Bonnie Garcia. She was wonderful. She arrived with her crew promptly at the time designated the day before. Her crew worked tirelessly to pack up my home - never even stopping for a break. Bonnie was extremely gracious and friendly and I felt that my "load" would arrive on time and in good condition with her behind the wheel. The following day her crew and she arrived as promised and unloaded my things in my new residence in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Excellent and professional service overall. Very pleased and would recommend your company to others. When obtaining boxes your people were also friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone.
Great Sevice
We moved from IL to SC. Our movers were great. Mike and his Son, Anthony and the crew, were very professional, neat, and productive. They took their time to make sure everything that needed to be wrapped was taken care of. We needed to add some last minute items and they were very nice about it. Mike and Anthony also delivered to our new house. Once again they were great!! I would definitely recommend Benkins for an across state move. The process from the beginning to the end made our move a little bit less stressful. 5 Stars from us
Great Service
Javier and his crew did an excellent job. I have moved quite a number of times and this crew was the best of them all. They took great care with my furniture at pick-up and delivery. I will request Javier and his crew again in the future.

All the staff members that I had contact with where supportive and helpful. They took the time to be sure that all my questions were answered.
Still No Resolution
It's obvious that you don't post legitimate negative reviews which isn't surprising. It's been 4 weeks and my Big Green Egg still hasn't been uncrated even after someone called only as a result of my last review. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to include the practice of charging us an additional $600 to change the drop off date less than 24 hours later. The explanation given made absolutely no sense.
Great Service, Bit Pricy
BR Moving Service did a great job. It was super easy to schedule the move. They had many different options which we explored (the storage options were awesome, but we ended up being able to store everything ourselves.). Moving out of the city can be a bit tricky since we only had the moving elevator for about 2 hours, the movers were efficient but extremely careful with our belongings. We probably only needed two movers for the job, but due to time limitations I decided to go with three. They do have a minimum time, so keep that in mind when booking. That was my own fault for not considering this, and having to pay for the extra helper. Overall great service, would recommend, especially for larger move jobs!
