Very Efficient!
While I'm a few months late in my review, (we moved in December) Donna was great to work with for our estimate and scheduling. On moving day Matt/Steve & crew were awesome! They were very efficient and rocked out the move. At one point they even helped me unload my groceries from my car. Not one item was damaged or broken. They took great care of our belongings. I would highly recommend them!

Starting with the estimate, Jim did a great job of estimating our packing needs & supplies and was very responsive to any questions I had after his original visit. On moving day, the crews showed up on time, worked extremely hard & carefully, paid perfect attention to all our furniture notes, never complained, helped where we didn’t even expect them to, and were still smiling (really, smiling) when they left the destination home much later than expected. These 6 men (Pilo, Danny, Mondo, Alfonso, David, Jesus) worked so seamlessly together, each doing their fair share of the ‘heavy lifting’, nobody being bossy or the least bit lazy. It is really a testament to your company and we will continue to recommend BR Bekins to our friends and family.

What a great experience! The packers were friendly, courteous and fun, very efficient and fast! The loaders were the same way. They hustled all day long, were friendly and very conscientious! And our driver kept us posted of progress and schedules at all phases! Cost was extremely good!!!

Can only say good things about the whole experience with BR. From the first contact with Jim Mazzuca to the loading on the truck with the Matt/John crew we were treated with respect, and our furniture and personal items were handled with care. Ours turned out to be a partial move, followed by main move into storage, and the two different crews were excellent. I would definitely recommend BR is you are moving.
Very, Very Happy!
First, not related to the moving company, so no bias. I was very, very happy with the whole experience from first contact to delivery. Every one was friendly, professional and delivered as promised. The loaders were amazing, wrapped everything in blankets and worked non stop until the job was done. Unloaders were the same at our new home. I would recommend them to anyone. The truck even arrived two days early!! Thanks for a great start in our new home 1500 miles from where we started.

Jim Mazzuca was our sales person who was personable, knowledgeable and not pushy. Jim was very responsive while providing detailed answers. Matt's moving crew was friendly, took care of the goods, and did whatever was asked. They were on time, efficient and easy to work with. Definitely would work with Jim, Matt and crew again

Matt & John and their crew were amazing. We had previously used a different mover to come down to IL a few years ago and it was a terrible experience, which made us very cautious for this move. Not only did they do everything perfectly, they exceeded all of our expectations. We will recommend them to everyone we know. Thanks guys!
