There’s so much to do in so little time, and absolutely no room for error. When you can’t afford for anything to go wrong, you can’t afford anything less than Bekins. With over 30 years dedicated solely to tradeshow transportation, we are the best call you can make.

Product Handling

Every competitor can pack up a trailer, but only Bekins Tradeshow Services offers you expertise in pad wrapping, and coordinating the loading and unloading of your exhibit properties which allows for damage-free transport.

Our fully-trained service providers can handle all types of shipments including:

• Crated Trailer Loads;
• Partial Pad Wrapped Shipments;
• Full Pad Wrapped Shipments for displays that aren't easily broken down and crated;

While others charge for protection over $.60 per pound, Bekins offers you the assurance of $5.00 per pound coverage at no additional charge. That’s because our professionals know the importance of using extreme care and consideration with your exhibit and display materials.

All our vans are equipped with logistics tracking and a full complement of on-board equipment including pads and decking bars. All of our vans are air-ride and have lift-gates in order to allow easy access to difficult ground level locations. All of this ensures the care and safety of your exhibit materials during the handling process.

Delivery and Set Up

Bekins tradeshow experts are familiar with exhibit halls throughout the country. They have established working relationships with drayage companies and are familiar with union practices at various sites. This ensures smooth delivery and on-time set up.

Bekins will help to get your exhibit materials into the hall and assist with all of the set-up details. We’ll take care of the paperwork at the show site, coordinate any last minute requirements and attend to details from the time your exhibit is unloaded at the dock until it’s set up in your booth.

Tear Down & Loading

Bekins understands that your time is valuable. It is likely that you will have additional business to attend to right after the show. We’ll make sure your exhibit materials are crated or padded and that all required documentation has been completed for transportation. Leave any worries about packing up and transporting your exhibit to your Bekins representative and driver. And, if your exhibit materials need to be broken down and shipped to different locations, we aree there to take care of it. Bekins Tradeshow Services will ensure your split shipments reach their final destinations safely and on-time.

Warehousing and Exhibit Maintenance

Bekins Tradeshow Services provides warehousing for exhibits between shows. And if your exhibit needs any touch ups, repairs or maintenance, we’ll help secure the needed services in time for the next event—so your exhibit is always at its' best with Bekins.
